The Republican National Committee (RNC) and Arizona attorney general candidate Abe Hamadeh filed a lawsuit Tuesday in State Superior Court in Maricopa County against election officials in Arizona, alleging “a host of errors and inaccuracies” during the 2022 election process.

Maricopa County, one of the most populous counties in the nation, had notable problems during the November 8 election, including printer and tabulation machine-related issues in at least 70 of the county’s 223 polling locations.

“Arizonans demand answers and deserve transparency about the gross incompetence and mismanagement of the General Election by certain election officials,” Hamadeh posted to Twitter, captioning a shot of the lawsuit. “I will not stop fighting until ALL voters receive justice. See you in court.”
