Heart disease is caused by a block or slow of the blood supply due to a build-up of fatty tissues in the arteries.
It is easily preventable, however the condition is still one of the UK and Ireland’s biggest killers in terms of disease groups.
It’s usually seen in older age groups, but the signs aren’t always so obvious.
