CONGRESSMAN MO BROOKS COSPONSORS ELECTION INTEGRITY BILL THAT DETERS NON-CITIZEN VOTING IN AMERICAN ELECTIONS
Washington, DC— Congressman Mo Brooks (AL-05) has cosponsored Congressman Jeff Duncan’s (SC-03) bill, H.R.6299, the Protecting Our Democracy by Preventing Foreign Citizens from Voting Act. This bill blocks federal funding to state and local governments that legalize non-citizen voting in any federal, state, or local election. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) has introduced companion legislation in the U.S. Senate.
New York City recently joined San Francisco and numerous other Socialist Democrat cities to legalize non-citizen voting.
